Rafael Mendez

Rafael Mendez is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in designing and developing cloud-based infrastructure and applications at Bluehawk Consulting since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rafael contributed to Android application development and front-end projects utilizing AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap at MMM Holdings LLC from November 2015 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes software development for Android devices and IT support at Softek, Inc., and involvement in a capstone project focusing on web application development and database management at Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the same university, completed in 2013.
