Lubna Maria Elia

Lubna Maria Elia currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer at BlueHub Capital and as a member of the Board of Directors for Prime Coalition, contributing to the Nominations and Finance, Risk & Compensation Committees. As the Founder and President of the New England Impact Investing Initiative, Lubna aims to enhance the impact investing landscape through collaboration and inclusivity. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Compass Working Capital, where oversight of human resources and finance occurred during a pivotal growth phase, and Senior Director positions at Root Capital, focusing on governance, compliance, and restructuring. Lubna's early career included significant contributions to Design that Matters, Inc., and work in campus ministry with the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Lubna holds an M.A. in International Relations from Boston University and a B.A. in Humanities Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
