Shoba Gopalan

Shoba Gopalan currently serves as Vice President and Head of Project Management at Bluejay Therapeutics, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Shoba was Vice President of Program and Alliance Management at Synthekine between August 2021 and October 2024. Previous experience includes executive leadership in program management at ChemoCentryx and Portola Pharmaceuticals, where Shoba was instrumental in significant projects such as the management and launch of Bevyxxa and the flagship product Opsumit. Shoba has also held roles at Actelion, Achaogen, Genomic Health, and Affymetrix, showcasing exceptional capabilities in project management, strategic planning, and collaboration across various teams and therapeutic areas. Shoba's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Southern California, a Post Doctorate in Neurobiology from the University of California, Irvine, and an Executive Education certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
