Todd Williams

Todd (TJ) Williams, P.E. is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as an Asphalt Manufacturing Engineer at Owens Corning since November 2018. Previously, Todd has extensive experience at Blueknight Energy Partners, LP since 2008, fulfilling roles including Project Engineer III, responsible for project engineering and management of asphalt terminals, crude oil terminals, and pipelines, as well as Environmental Health and Safety Manager. Todd's earlier experience includes providing civil engineering design and construction management for municipal projects at MSA Professional Services from 2005 to 2008, and various roles at Koch Industries between 1998 and 2005, starting as a Terminal Operator and advancing to Environmental Engineer and EH&S Manager. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
