Dean Richards

Dean Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dean began their career as a Professional Athlete, during which they showcased their talent from September 1994 to April 1998. Following this, they transitioned into the gaming industry and started working with Electronic Arts (EA) in August 1999 as a QA Tester. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Assistant Producer for NHL, Associate Producer for NHL & FIFA, Line Producer for NBA and NHL, and Senior Producer for Fight Night. From July 2009 to October 2010, they served as the Executive Producer and Chief Creative Officer at EA. Dean further continued their career by joining Twenty Seven Consulting Inc. in March 2017 as an Entertainment Consultant. Simultaneously, they co-founded BlueLine Studios Inc. in June 2017, where they also served as an advisor. Currently, Dean holds the position of Executive Producer at Fortis Games, starting from September 2022.

Dean Richards attended The University of British Columbia from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography. Dean completed three years of study in this field.
