Camilia Benattia

Camilia BENATTIA currently serves as Chargée de formation at Groupe BlueLink, where responsibilities include implementing skill development plans, creating operational guidelines, and managing training dashboards. Camilia also engages in internal HR communications, supports the implementation of a new HRIS, and analyzes employee satisfaction data. Previously, Camilia held roles at AFNOR Certification, managing auditor portfolios and overseeing the certification process, and at Orange, facilitating and coordinating training sessions while ensuring administrative efficiency. Camilia is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and holds a professional license in HR management and a DUT in business administration.
