Matthew Caruso

Matthew Caruso has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Matthew started their career at Trans World Entertainment in 1987, where they held various roles including Sales Audit Manager, Sales Audit Supervisor, and Staff Accountant. During their time there, they managed day-to-day sales audit activities and oversaw the integration of sales audit functions during a corporate acquisition. Matthew also handled credit card sales processing and negotiations.

In 2001, Matthew joined JLT Services Corporation as a Cash Manager, where they served as the corporate banking liaison and directed strategies to maximize funds for interest earnings and cash flow. Matthew supervised staff accountable for monitoring cash transactions.

Following that, Matthew worked at IFMG in 2002 as a Cash Manager, where they managed and audited banking deposits and payments for security investments. Matthew implemented controls around banking transactions and improved reporting and reconciliation processes.

From 2014 to 2018, Matthew worked at Oracle as a Senior Principal Consultant. Matthew led implementation projects, built strong customer relations, and helped customers achieve success. Matthew managed various aspects of software programs, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and provided post-implementation support.
