Matthew Dieter has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Matthew is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Blueprint CFO | Future Focused Accounting, where they assist emerging growth entrepreneurial clients with financial decision-making and funding. Prior to this, Matthew co-founded and served as the CEO of RecoupeTax, a company specializing in research and development tax credits. Matthew was also the CEO of RIDG: Royal Innovation Design Group and VITAL Growth Strategies, where they helped company founders grow their businesses. Additionally, Matthew worked as the CEO of Key Person of Influence USA and the St. Pete Wine & Food Festival, and as the Co-founder and CEO of The Women's Half Marathon. Matthew also held leadership positions at Women's Running Magazine, Blue Reef Creative, and Red Sky Interactive (Agency.com).

Matthew Dieter earned a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Matthew then pursued their MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA Anderson School of Management, completing their studies from 1992 to 1994.
