Michael Merritt

Michael joined Blueprint in 2020 and is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments. Prior to Blueprint, Michael was a Senior Associate within the M&A advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he assisted both private equity and corporate buyers achieve transaction objectives. Michael received a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Arizona and is a licensed CPA in the state of California.

Aside from Blueprint, Michael enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, cooking, and watching reruns of The Office.
