Kyle Chiang

Kyle Chiang is an experienced Analyst at Blueprint since February 2020, where responsibilities include creating valuation deliverables, conducting market research on real estate assets, and managing the firm's deal pipeline for efficiency. Prior to this role, Kyle was actively involved in DePaul University, gaining insights into portfolio management and competing in investment competitions. Notable achievements include winning the First Place in the KPMG Case Competition and earning the Best Individual Performance title in the Driehaus Investment Competition. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Finance for Sigma Phi Epsilon and leading business development at Top Tier Learning. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Finance concentration from DePaul University.
