Justin Fossbender

Justin Fossbender, Esq. has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Justin currently serves as the VP of Total Rewards & People Operations at Blueprint Medicines. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Services at Biogen from 2018 to 2022. Justin also served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Chief People Officer at Avid Technology in 2017. Before that, Justin was the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Bruker Corporation from 2015 to 2017. Their work experience also includes serving as the Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Talent Management Leader at Corporate Experience from 2007 to 2015. Furthermore, Justin has significant consulting experience, working as a Strategic Advisor and Consultant at various renowned firms such as Hewitt Associates (now AonHewitt) and Frederic W. Cook & Co.

Justin Fossbender, Esq., earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Columbia University from 1991 to 1995. Justin then attended New York Law School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a J.D. in Law. Prior to their university education, they attended Trinity High School.
