MacKenzie Butler

Mackenzie Butler has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Mackenzie started their career in 2012 as a Registered Nurse at CentraCare Health and later took on roles as a Manager and Regional Nurse Educator within the organization. In 2017, they became a Nursing Instructor at the College of Saint Benedict. Mackenzie has also held positions at Medtronic as a Senior Medical Education Specialist, at Coloplast as a Program Manager, and at SPR Therapeutics, Inc. as a Professional Education Program Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Nursing Programs at Blueprint Test Prep.

Mackenzie Butler completed their Master's degree in Nursing Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in 2016. Mackenzie then pursued a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana State University, which was completed in 2021. In addition to their degrees, Mackenzie obtained several certifications including being an ordained minister from United National Ministry, a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator from the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), a Nursing Professional Development board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and a Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse from the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board (MSNCB).
