Magdalena Chęcińska-Ziemniak has a diverse work experience history. Magdalena began their career at BP as a Sprzedawca (Salesperson) from November 2009 to May 2010. Magdalena then worked as a Stażysta (Intern) at TTG Polska from November 2010 to May 2011. Later, they had roles in two different companies during 2013, serving as a Praktykant (Intern) at both Magazyn internetowy DEBIUTEXT and Usługi finansowe oraz BHP. From January 2012 to May 2015, they worked as part of the customer service team at SYNTELL S.A. In 2015, they joined Deloitte Digital CE as a Junior Social Media Executive until March 2016. Currently, they are employed at Bluerank, starting as a Social Ads Executive from October 2016 and progressing to the position of Social Ads Specialist from February 2019.

Magdalena Chęcińska-Ziemniak earned their Licencjat degree in Komunikacja społeczna i dziennikarstwo from Wyższa Szkoła Umiejętności Społecznych w Poznaniu, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Magdalena then pursued further education and obtained their Magister (Mgr) degree in Dziennikarstwo i komunikacja społeczna from the University of Lodz, with studies spanning from 2012 to 2014.
