Rich Camacho

Rich Camacho is the CEO and co-founder of BlueRecruit, a recruiting company that helps businesses find the best talent. Rich has over eleven years of experience in sales and marketing, including five years in the military.

Rich Camacho joined the Army in 2008 as a Second Lieutenant. Rich quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Captain in 2011. Rich served as an Assistant Operations Officer in an Assault Helicopter Battalion, where they planned and synchronized air and ground operations. Rich also served as a Platoon Leader in an Assault Company, where they trained and led 28 Soldiers. In 2010, they were promoted to First Lieutenant and attended Airborne School, Flight School, and Equal Opportunity Leader training.

In 2015, Rich Camacho left the Army and joined Alliance Careers as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, they focused on recruiting, retaining, and developing the company's team. Rich also helped the company exceed its numbers consistently. In 2019, they left Alliance Careers to start BlueRecruit with their business partner.

Rich Camacho's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with a concentration in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA Candidate from Colorado State University, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Syracuse University, and certification from the U.S. Department of Labor in Service Dog Technician and the Federal Aviation Administration in Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft-Helicopter; Instrument.
