Ethan Nicol

Ethan Nicol, CPA, currently serves as a Real Estate Analyst and Property Accountant at Bluerock since May 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Staff Accountant at Baird, Cotter & Bishop, P.C., where tax, audit, and consulting services were provided to a diverse clientele, along with training clients in accounting software. Ethan began their career as an Accounting Intern at Gemini Group, Inc., assisting the Controller and CFO. A graduate of Northwood University, Ethan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, earned in 2016.
