Thomas Smith

Thomas Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Facilities and EHS at BlueRock Therapeutics. Prior to this, they held positions at Finch Therapeutics, where they worked as the Director R&D Operations and Corporate Facilities, Associate Director of Technical Operations, Senior Manager of R&D Operations, and Research and Development Operations Manager. Thomas also worked as an Innovation & Strategy Consultant (Contract) at Catalyst Talent Inc. - Reinventing Recruiting. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Good Start Genetics as a Process Solutions Specialist/Sigma Leader, Team Lead, Medical Technologist, and Team Lead Medical Technologist. Thomas started their career as a Physical Therapy Aide at South County Physical Therapy and later served as a Lab Manager at UMass Medical School.
