Shaun Langdon

Shaun Langdon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Shaun is currently the Managing Director of BlueRock On Demand at BlueRock since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at True Living Coaching since August 2016. Shaun also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Strategem from May 2018 to January 2022. Shaun Langdon worked as an Executive Coach at Kipling Partners from September 2017 to October 2018. Shaun held the position of Senior Vice President - Hospitality at DAMAC Properties from February 2013 to August 2016. Before that, they had a long tenure at IHG, where they held various roles such as Regional General Manager, Director Projects, Regional General Manager India, Area General Manager, and Hotel Manager.

Shaun Langdon's education history includes various degrees and certifications obtained from different institutions. In 1991 to 1995, they attended the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, where they earned an Advanced Diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. Shaun pursued further education in 2017, receiving accreditation as a facilitator from both the Everything DiSC and Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team programs. In 2017, they also obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Organizational Coaching from Swinburne University of Technology. In 2019, Shaun attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors and achieved a GAICD (Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors) certificate. Most recently, in 2022, they became an accredited facilitator in HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument).
