Nuno Serrenho

Nuno Serrenho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nuno began their career at Cyberplex in 1997, where they served as a Web Developer, Webmaster, System/Network/Database Administrator, and SiteOps lead. During this time, they were responsible for designing, developing, and deploying e-commerce websites, managing and maintaining over 30 client sites, and implementing a secure hosting environment. Nuno also created an internal support system to track projects and budgets and managed redundant firewalls for network security.

In 1998, Nuno joined bigtree.com as the Lead Software Architect and Developer. In this role, they contributed to software architecture and development projects.

From 2000 to 2004, Nuno worked as a Freelance Internet Consultant, providing consulting services to clients.

In 2004, Nuno joined Resolver Inc as the DevOps Manager. Here, they managed a team of 3-5 DevOps Engineers and was responsible for designing and implementing highly available Windows Server environments on AWS. Nuno also migrated SaaS instances to AWS, developed PowerShell automation modules, and acted as a SQL Server Database Administrator. Additionally, they provided 24/7 on-call technical support.

Most recently, Nuno joined BlueRush in 2018 as the DevOps & IT Director, overseeing DevOps and IT operations.

From 1992 to 1996, Nuno Serrenho attended Seneca Polytechnic, where they studied Computer Programming & System Analysis.
