Elizabeth Webb

Elizabeth Webb has extensive experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Global Manager for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at BlueScope since July 2011. Elizabeth has held various managerial roles at BlueScope, including Manager Global Careers and Corporate HR, and Manager HR Sales, Marketing & Commercial. Prior to joining BlueScope, Elizabeth worked in human resources at Rothmans from 1988 to 1999. Elizabeth holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from the University of Wollongong.
