Michael Patron has extensive experience in reward management, performance, and HR technology. Michael most recently served as the Global Head of Reward, Performance, and HR Technology at BlueScope. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at The Lottery Corporation, Tabcorp, Coles, Treasury Wine Estates, Carlton & United Breweries, Deloitte Australia, The LR Group, Accsys, and Yellow Pages. Throughout their career, Michael has been responsible for developing and implementing strategic people and culture strategies, managing remuneration and benefits functions on a global scale, and advising executive teams and boards on all remuneration-related matters. Michael has a strong background in performance management, governance, and legal compliance in the field of compensation and benefits.
Michael Patron attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 1994 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Psychology.
