Christopher Paolillo

Christopher Paolillo has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Christopher worked as the Vice President of Legal Services at BlueSnap, Inc., where they were responsible for providing and overseeing all legal services for the company. Prior to that, they were the Principal at their own law office. Christopher also served as the Senior Legal Counsel at AMRI, where they implemented contracting processes and negotiated agreements for the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. Christopher was the Director of Legal Services at Hyaluron, Inc., where they handled various legal matters for the biotech pharmaceutical services corporation. Christopher also held the position of Vice President & Corporate Counsel at ACI Worldwide, Inc. Christopher'searlier experience includes serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force as a Judge Advocate, and as the Regional Counsel at Complete Business Solutions, Inc. Christopher started their career as a Principal in a top-100 law firm, Shane & Paolillo, PC, where they provided corporate, contracts, and litigation counsel to clients nationwide.

Christopher Paolillo obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with Honors, from the University of Connecticut in 1977. Christopher then attended Suffolk University Law School from 1977 to 1980, earning their Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude. In 1982, they received a Certificate from the US Army Government Contracts School, specializing in Government Contracts Negotiation and Administration.
