Joe Condo

Joe Condo has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Joe is currently serving as the General Counsel at Bluestar Energy Capital since July 2022. Before that, they held the same position at Orsted Onshore North America, LLC from 2017 to June 2022. Prior to these roles, Joe was a Partner at K&L Gates, focusing on infrastructure projects and transactions, including renewable energy. Joe also served as the Senior Vice President/General Counsel at Invenergy LLC, overseeing all legal matters for the company. Earlier in their career, Joe worked as a Senior Counsel at Calpine and as Regional Counsel at Metricom. Joe began their legal career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago and later served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Iowa. Joe brings a wealth of experience in commercial transactions, financing, litigation management, government affairs, and regulatory matters to their current role.

Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Southern California from 1988 to 1991 and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
