Michael Weinand

Michael Weinand has extensive experience in compliance management and customer service, currently serving as Manager of Compliance at Bluestem Brands since 2013. In this role, Michael leads a team focused on regulatory complaint research and remediation, ensuring adherence to federal and state laws while enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, Michael held positions at Bluestem Brands as Senior Analyst and Manager of Executive Care and Collection Support, where responsibilities included overseeing escalated complaints and serving as a liaison between various stakeholders. Earlier roles at Dubow, ING, Fireside Hearth & Home, and State Farm Insurance involved customer interaction, order processing, leadership development, and claims management. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Speech Communications from St. Cloud State University.
