Thomas Groendal

Thomas Groendal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and martial arts education. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for CACI's DarkBlue Intelligence Suite since March 2022, Thomas previously held roles as Product Owner at NWEA and COO/Product Owner at TBSJ. As the proprietor of Hoshu Dojo, which has member schools across four states and two provinces, Thomas also serves as Chief Instructor of Jodo in the All United States Kendo Federation. Additional roles include freelance translator and intercultural advisor for Saiki City Hall, highlighting a diverse skill set in leadership, strategic management, and cross-cultural communication. Thomas holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies from Hope College.
