Laura Tidwell

Laura Tidwell is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Nurse Practitioner at Bluestone Physician Services since April 2024 and as a Nurse Executive at Beacon Nursing since February 2024. Previous roles include Nurse Practitioner positions at HarmonyCares and Signifiy, as well as Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care at OAKWOOD VILLAGE ASSISTED LIVING. Laura has extensive experience with UnitedHealth Group and Aurora Health Care, where responsibilities spanned various nursing roles from Nurse Practitioner to RN in specialties such as pain management and interventional cardiology.
