Andrei Ghiorghiu

Andrei Ghiorghiu has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andrei is currently the CEO at Bluetweak since September 2022. Before that, they worked at Conectys from July 2020 to September 2022 as the Head of Digital Transformation. Prior to that, they were the Digital Transformation & Innovation Leader at Aggranda from June 2019 to July 2020, where they focused on deploying RPA and digital solutions.

In 2018, Andrei worked at LeasePlan as a Robotic Process Automation Project Manager / Business Analyst, where they actively launched more than 20 robots and managed internal customers in different countries. Before that, at Oracle, they held various roles including Business Analyst from December 2015 to June 2018, Senior Revenue Recognition Analyst from October 2014 to December 2015, and Revenue Recognition Analyst from December 2013 to October 2014. At Oracle, they gained experience in IT, internal audit, and negotiating with stakeholders.

Andrei's career began at KPMG in October 2012 as a Financial Auditor. Prior to that, they worked at Banca Transilvania as a Retail Banking Advisor from September 2010 to October 2012.

Throughout their career, Andrei has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, RPA, project management, business analysis, and financial auditing.

Andrei Ghiorghiu pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti. Andrei studied at this institution for a duration of three years, from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, they enrolled in The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Andrei completed their master's program between the years 2013 and 2015.
