Scott Philp

Scott Philp is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Process Engineer and Startup Manager at Bluewater Energy Services since June 2018. Previous roles include Offshore Operations Engineer at Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited, where Scott provided crucial operations and process engineering support on the Claymore ‘A’ complex, as well as contributing to the Flyndre Cawdor Project and supporting various offshore assets. Scott has also held leadership positions such as Managing Director at SP Engineering (Scotland) Ltd and Senior Process Engineer at Altra Energy, along with experience as a Process Engineer at Petrofac and a Process Operator with BP. Scott's educational background includes a BEng (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a Post Graduate Certificate in Oil and Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University.
