Richard Chilton

Richard Chilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner at BlueWing Ventures since June 2021 and Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, Richard has a robust background in risk management and IT strategy as a former Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Previous roles include Partnership Coordinator at Objective Zero Foundation and Founder and Lead Consultant at Brookside Strategic Consulting. Richard started their career at the Council on Foreign Relations, holding positions as Program Coordinator and Program Associate. Richard holds a Master of Arts in International Security Studies from Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bucknell University.
