Kevin Ayers

Kevin Ayers has had a long career in finance, beginning in 1987 as the Controller for Fibermux Corporation, a subsidiary of ADC Telecommunications, Inc. In 1995, they moved to Xylan Corporation as Operations Controller, where they managed various finance, accounting and sales administration functions. In 1998, they joined En Pointe Technologies, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer (2000-2004) and Vice President, Corporate Controller (1998-2000). In 2005, they became Chief Financial Officer of PriceGrabber.com, a highly-profitable, privately-held internet company. In 2006, they were CFO of both Glossi, Inc. (f/k/a ThisNext, Inc.) and Parchment Inc. In 2008, they became CFO of Viewdle Inc. and in 2015 they were Contract CFO for both BluIP and Audyssey Laboratories, a venture-funded audio technology development company.

Kevin Ayers graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance. Kevin went on to earn a Master of Science in Finance from the same university in 1982.
