Nina Rauter

Nina Rauter is an experienced HR professional currently working at Blum Group in the role of HR Recruiting & Employer Branding since October 2024. Prior to this position, Nina served as HR Manager at GANTNER Electronic from January 2023 to October 2024 and completed a finance and legal internship at OMICRON electronics in 2022. Earlier roles at Wiener Städtische Versicherung AG - Vienna Insurance Group included Assistant to Management from February 2020 to December 2021 and Inside Sales Support for Partner Sales from September 2015 to September 2019, with initial involvement as a Trainee across HR, Controlling, and Marketing & Sponsoring. Nina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Law from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® and completed an exchange semester in Economics at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
