Jon Hale

Jon Hale is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the restoration and property management sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at BluSky Restoration Contractors since May 2023, Jon's expertise includes addressing emergency property damage from water, fire, and storm incidents. Previously, Jon held positions as a Business Development Representative at Mammoth Restoration and as a Delivery Associate at YESS Logistics LLC. Over a long tenure at Thompson Building Associates, Jon specialized in lead generation and marketing while maintaining relationships with insurance agents in Central Ohio. Additional roles include Freelance Writer and City Council-at-Large for Lancaster, Ohio, as well as serving as the Director of Sales and Events for the Fairfield County Visitors and Convention Bureau. Jon holds a BS in Applied Communication from Franklin University and an Associate of Arts from Ohio University.
