Jordan Moreland has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Carpenter at Alex Heuermann and Son Builders until 2013. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Laborer and Carpenter at Hawkins Enterprises, Inc. In 2014, they started their own business, Tradesman Contracting LLC, where they served as the Owner/Contractor. In 2015, they also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Limestone Community High School until 2016. They then transitioned to working as a Substitute Teacher at Adams 12 Five Star Schools from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Construction Supervisor and later as a Site Development Project Manager at Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver until 2020. In 2021, they joined BluSky Restoration Contractors as a Project Manager and later advanced to the role of Project Director in 2023.

Jordan Moreland graduated from Illinois State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Education, majoring in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. In 2012, Jordan participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Limerick focused on Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. After completing their degree, Jordan obtained a Professional Educator License from Illinois State University in May 2014. Additionally, in October 2015, Jordan obtained a License to Teach from the Colorado State Board of Education.
