Kathleen Smith

Kathleen Smith is an experienced operations analyst currently employed at B&M Consulting Group, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this role, Kathleen served as a graduate assistant at James Madison University from August 2020 to April 2022 and worked as a patient advocate at Charlottesville Pediatric Dentistry from March 2019 to August 2021. Additionally, Kathleen gained valuable experience as an intern at the European Parliament in May 2018. Educationally, Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Master of Arts in Health Communication and Advocacy, both obtained from James Madison University.
