Lee Wilkinson

Lee Wilkinson has a strong background in learning, talent development, and HR. Lee is currently working as the Head of Learning at B&M Retail since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Talent Development at Arriva Group from 2018 to 2022, where they also served as a Talent Development Manager from 2018 to 2021. Before that, Lee worked as the Head of Learning and Development at The Rank Group plc from 2013 to 2018.
