Miguel Ramos is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at BMA - Barbosa Müssnich Aragão since March 2003, Miguel has built a robust career in the legal field. Additionally, Miguel worked as an International Visiting Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2010 to June 2011. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from both New York University School of Law and Ibmec, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
