Jawad Bhatti

Jawad is a MBA qualified customer services/marketing professional with fourteen years of customer services and quality assurance experience in outsourcing, call centers and financial brokerage sectors. Prior to joining BMA he was looking after various off shore programs in Pakistan under the umbrella of TRG Private Limited. He has proven track-record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to develop, execute and evaluate all ideas resulting in profitable growth while motivating and developing the resources.

Prior to moving to Pakistan he was working in Client Logic, Ireland for British Telecom.
