Sandra Sabbagh has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a strong emphasis on managing HR operations and launching new facilities. Sandra has held roles such as Director of Human Resources at Bmax, Site HR Manager at Valeo, and HR Manager at Paslin. Sandra has also worked as an HR Manager at Grupo Antolin, where they successfully launched a new assembly facility in Michigan and oversaw a full range of HR activities. Prior to that, they served as an HR Manager at Faurecia, where they played a key role in launching a new assembly facility and establishing employee policies and procedures. At Johnson Controls, Sandra facilitated the closure of a facility, coordinating layoffs, severance packages, and employee transfers.
