Manon Helmich

Manon Helmich is a managing consultant in the Sociaal Domein - Wonen, Zorg en Veiligheid at BMC since September 2021, previously serving as a senior advisor in the same domain. Manon has extensive experience in social safety, having worked at Zorg- en Veiligheidshuis Hollands Midden from March 2017 to September 2021 as a procesregisseur, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders in the criminal justice and healthcare sectors to address complex issues such as domestic violence and crime. Prior experience includes roles as an ambulant begeleider and begeleider at Exodus Nederland from August 2015 to July 2018, focusing on support for ex-prisoners and their families. Manon also completed an internship at NPT Dienst Raidho - Jeugdzorg Emmaüs in early 2015, aiding youth reintegration after detention. Manon holds a Master of Science in Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminology from Leiden University.
