Oscar Kramer

Oscar Kramer is an experienced consultant and advisor in the fields of organization, policy evaluation, and project management, currently serving as an Adviseur at BMC since February 2023. As the owner and organization advisor at Van Noortwijck, Oscar specializes in providing organizational advice and interim management for associations, foundations, and social enterprises. Previous roles include serving as a Gemeenteraadslid for Gemeente Noordwijk and a Senior Onderzoeker & Adviseur at Partners+Pröpper, focused on policy evaluations related to collaboration among governmental entities and social organizations.
