Vernon Gilmore

Vernon Gilmore has extensive experience in fire safety and investigation, currently serving as an Inspector/Investigator at the Euless Fire Department since September 2004, where responsibilities include Honor Guard Commander, Public Education Officer, and Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Specialist. In addition to this role, Vernon Gilmore has worked as a Fire Inspector for the City of Euless and held various positions within the Addison Fire Department from 1983 to 2002, including Deputy Chief-Fire Marshal and Operations Chief. Previous experience includes serving as Fire Marshal at the Mansfield Fire Department and as an Investigator for NTFIA. Vernon Gilmore holds a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management from the University of North Texas and an Associate’s degree in Fire Protection Technology from Dallas College.
