Sofia Barbosa

Sofia Barbosa is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success management, professional services, and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global VP Customer Success Management and Support at BMC Software since March 2023, Sofia previously held the position of Global Vice President Professional Services at OutSystems from March 2019 to March 2023. With a strong operational background, Sofia has also led key roles at Fujitsu Global, including Head of Portugal Global Delivery Centre and various service management positions. Earlier in career, Sofia was Operations Manager at Carphone Warehouse and also held positions at New Horizons CLC, Novabase, and Flag. Sofia possesses a solid academic foundation with advanced management programs from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Universidade Católica Portuguesa, alongside a post-graduation in Marketing from IPAM and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.
