Maïkel Fagel

Maïkel Fagel is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional currently serving as the Group Director of Warehouse Operations at Building Materials Europe, part of The Blackstone Group, since January 2023. Fagel has previously held significant interim roles, including Supply Chain Director for Germany and Belgium. Prior to BME, Fagel spent over 12 years at AkzoNobel, leading global supply chain transformation efforts and managing logistics in North America for specialty chemicals. Fagel's career has included various strategic positions focused on logistics optimization, sourcing, and performance improvements, alongside a strong educational background with a Master of Science in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics & Economics.
