Camilla Danson has over 20 years of work experience in various finance roles within the music and fashion industries. Camilla began their career at Warner Music before moving on to EMI Music, where they held positions as a Business Support Manager and Senior Business Support Manager. At EMI Music, they oversaw financial reporting and processes across all labels and managed major artist investment appraisals. Camilla then worked at Polo Ralph Lauren as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, providing financial support and managing budget processes. Camilla later returned to EMI Music as the Investments Manager, reviewing capital investment deals and providing financial analysis. Camilla then joined Warner Music Group as a Financial Planning Director, where they managed forecasting and budgeting for the Artist Partnerships area. Camilla also has experience as a Commercial Projects & Analysis Manager at ACS International Schools Ltd, Financial Controller at Cabbages & Roses, and Business Process Manager at Universal Music Group. Currently, they are the Director of Finance Projects at BMG - The New Music Company. Throughout their career, Camilla has demonstrated strong financial planning and analysis skills, as well as the ability to manage teams and implement new systems.
Camilla Danson attended Coloma Convent Girls' School from 1984 to 1991. Camilla then pursued a BSc Combined Sciences degree with a focus on Maths and Music at the University of Leeds from 1991 to 1994.
