Belen Gonzalez Agudo has extensive experience in the IT and marketing fields. Belen began their career in 1998 at IBM as an IT Specialist, working on projects such as the INFO intranet site for the Sydney 2000 Olympics Games. Throughout their career, they held various technical sales and technical consultant roles at IBM and LeadClic Solutions S.L., focusing on marketing and collaboration solutions. Most recently, they served as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead at BMIND-JAKALA. Belen'sexpertise includes working with IBM Marketing Suite and IBM Marketing Cloud, as well as delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts. Agudo also expanded their knowledge in Big Data technology during their time at ICEMD in 2017.
Belen Gonzalez Agudo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, completed in 1998. Belen also completed a Certificate in the Doctoral Period of the Third Cycle in Computer Engineering from the same university in 2003. In terms of specialized education, they completed an Expert University Degree in Health Informatics and Telemedicine from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. in 2017, as well as a Specialization in Biostatistics and Medical Studies Analysis in the same year. Furthermore, they pursued further education with a Program in Big Data from ICEMD in 2017 and an Online Marketing course from Fundación UNED in 2018. Additionally, they hold a number of certifications from IBM related to data science, marketing, and technical sales.
