Janita de Graaf

Janita de Graaf serves as an HR Business Partner and HR Program Manager at BMN Nederland since November 2017, providing support for HR projects and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful implementation. Previously, Janita held roles as an HR Business Partner and Learning & Development Specialist, overseeing various branches and distribution centers, and managing the BMN Academie, which includes comprehensive training programs. Prior experience includes positions at De Verzuimeconoom as an Assistant Case Manager and at Heilbron Assurantiën as an HR employee, alongside participation in the Study Association Business Administration Nijmegen. Janita holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Radboud University and has completed a post-bachelor program in Labor and Social Law. Additionally, Janita earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Radboud University and completed high school at Liemers College Zevenaar.
