Lissa Alexander, MBA

Lissa Alexander, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lissa most recently worked at Insteel Industries, Inc where they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager and previously as a Human Resources Safety Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Advanced Management & Investing LLC as a Risk & Benefits Coordinator. Lissa also gained valuable experience at Grace Lutheran Church as an Office Administrator and Administrative Assistant. Lissa started their career as a Parent Aide at Child and Family Support Services and later worked as a Paraeducator at Kingman Unified School District #20. Lissa began their professional journey at Wal-Mart, where they worked as a Cashier. Throughout their career, Lissa has demonstrated expertise in human resources, administration, risk management, and customer service.

Lissa Alexander earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from Colorado Christian University. Lissa attended the university from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their MBA, Lissa holds a Microsoft Excel certification from Yakima Valley Community College, which they obtained in March 2012. Most recently, they obtained certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in January 2022.
