Susan Young

Susan Young has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Susan is currently working as the Director of People Operations and Culture at BMNT since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President / Director of Operations at TATE, Incorporated from 2018 to 2022. Susan also served as the Managing Director, HR at TATE, Incorporated from 2005 to 2018. Before joining TATE, Incorporated, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Xtria, LLC from 2001 to 2005. Susan also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Ketchum Public Relations from 2000 to 2001. Early in their career, they worked as an HR Generalist at EEI Communications from 1995 to 2000.

Susan Young has a BS in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Susan also holds a SPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and a SHRM-CP certification.
