Jeff Purdie

Jeff Purdie is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and transactional matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel and Vice President at BMO Financial Group since March 2019, Jeff represents U.S. interests in various legal capacities. Prior to this role, Jeff was an Attorney at Axiom, where responsibilities included counseling clients on spinoffs and divestitures, managing teams of contract attorneys, and drafting critical transaction documents. Earlier in the career, Jeff worked as a corporate attorney for multiple firms, specializing in large-scale litigation and government investigations, and gained valuable experience as an Associate Attorney at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where involvement in mergers and acquisitions was prominent. Jeff holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University.
