Michael Keaveny

Michael Keaveny is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently, Michael serves as the Managing Director and Head of Human Resources International at BMO Financial Group, having previously held the position of Head of International Performance, Rewards and Operations. Prior to BMO, Michael was an Executive Director in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included overseeing benefits, wellness, and HR services for the EMEA region. Michael's career includes a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director of Human Resources, managing critical HR functions. Earlier roles include a position as a Finance Analyst at Arcadia Group, where expertise in data analytics and vendor management was developed. Michael holds a postgraduate degree in IT and Security Management from the University of Leicester and a BA Hons in International Relations from Keele University.
