Murray Roach

Murray Roach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Strategy & Digital Transformation at BMO Financial Group since December 2017, Murray is responsible for driving the modernization agenda towards a Digital-First bank. Previous roles at BMO included Director & PMO Head of the Technology PMO, managing a substantial project budget and overseeing initiatives across customer channels. Prior to BMO, Murray held significant positions at Sun Life Financial as Assistant Vice President and Director, leading client solutions and IT account management. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at Marsh, Senior Manager at CIBC in Data Warehousing, and various roles at CGI. Murray holds a B.Sc from the University of Guelph, a Diploma from the University of Waterloo, and a Diploma in Applied Information Technology from the ITI Information Technology Institute.
